I have this weird thing against everything mainstream, is it just me being pretentious?
  •   fifty shades - I'm not super against this. I actually love fifty shades, I've read the first 2 books na and I seriously love Christian Grey. Pero I don't think the book is perfect, I've read books that are more striking for me, more life changing. I'll love it more siguro if hindi ganon kadaming tao na yung nagbasa and yung may alam about it. Even people that aren't into reading much knows about it. That's how mainstream it is. By the way, Gosling is perfection and please please please PLEASE don't cast emma stone as Anastacia please PLEASE.                        
  •  hunger games - I know it's a good book. I've read the first book, loved it and recommended it to my friends. I'm planning to read the next ones, pero hindi pa ngayon. Siguro when people stop talking about it na, I might.
  •  taylor swift - Oh how do I even begin? She's too tweetums na nagppretend na hindi. I don't like her songs, I don't like her genre(country), I'm not really into girls who plays guitar, I'm not into girls period. PLUS she gets around doesn't she? How old is she na nga ba? She's had a lot of boyfriends. Sabi nila madali daw siyang mainlove kaya daw ganon, eh well I hate people na madaling mainlove.
  •  selena gomez - She looks like a baby, it's creepy. And I don't like her in that wizards show.
  •  vice ganda - Overrated, jokes are too gay and too pinoy, too kanto, funny most of the time but too mainstream na hindi na sincere/genuine.
  •  americans - Why? Just why? Why do you win in this popularity contest? And I think it's because of you americans that the British are so underrated, really. British people are my favorite beeteedub.
  • emma stone - No. Just no. She's on every goddamned movie na lang torturing me.
  • twitter/facebook/friendster my goodness - Why do I need to tell people what/who I'm doing, feeling, eating. Yes I realize this is a blog, but this is an outlet, and no one knows about this and I'm too brilliant not to put myself in words.
  • megan fox - Another "No. Just no." Mukang mabaho, I don't find her "hot" at all.
  • blackberry - Everyone has it, nothing can be more mainstream.
  • tattoo - Again, everyone has it na, it makes me sad really, kase I actually like tats, I think they are really beautiful and meaningful especially when it's done right. Actually no, kahit na it's not done right or perfect, basta meaningful to you. A lot of people these days do it dahil wala lang. I realized this at the cinema one time, I saw this skinny, maputi, kinda trashy girl with flowers tattoo (which is not really pretty) all over her shoulders and back, she's wearing this revealing top to show them (tattoos) off. Her top is really baduy, kind of like 90's halter top, fine, mga early 2000 na style ng halter top. It's really not pretty, she knows that ng mga 2% at the back of her mind, pero she doesn't think about it anymore, kase she just want to show off her tats.
  •  hating twilight - When it came out, of course it wasn't that popular yet. I've read the whole series before everyone puked on it. Ok lang sya, I'm not really into vampires kase. My favorite book of the series is yung New Moon, that was the book na sobrang konti lang parts ni Edward Cullen, and I liked yung parts the most na wala siya. I don't really hate it, minsan i don't care, pero i super love yung parody movie nya, the actors are all brilliant, especially yung girl who played bella.
  • Hating Justin Bieber & Miley Cyrus - Get over it, I don't hate them. Justin Bieber is ok when I don't look at him, he looks like a lezzie pero so what naman?hindi ko naman sya crush. He's ok, especially now, he sounds like Justin Timberlake, and I like Justin Timberlake. And I think people hate him because of his stupid fans. Stupid kids. Stupid teenagers. Miley Cyrus naman for me is too sexy to hate, I mean her body is really sexy, long arms, long legs, long torso, very pretty hair, just not the face. Plus I like it that she's seems really into her boyfriend (Liam Hemsworth). People are all saying na she's slutty, and she's too young for the things she does and she's ugly. But I think I started liking her when I realized that she seems kind of "quiet" with LH, no scandals whatsoever, and I started envying her for her body Hannah Montana days pa lang.
